These 2 user journeys map out “a day of work” of an engineer and a site operator, initially, it was a 4 ppt pages user journey written in text form, we visualize the journey in a storytelling way of what is “A day of work”  looks like for this 2 personnel working in the oil and gas field, allow easy comparison between the 2 journeys, without the need to switch between pages.
